This order was never received yet. You're saying that it was delivered. I never got it and I want my money back.

The laser is good and Julie did a great job assisting me through the process. Unfortunately the red dot laser guide does not work so I will have to find a replacement.The laser information on the purchase page also says the controller is Ruida, but I received mine with a Topwisdom TL-A3. It does have wifi, but I had to change my wifi-password since the unit has limited characters. I also had to purchase a longer cable for the water chiller so the unit was not stuck behind the laser (The water tube is on one side and the electrical plug is on the other side, the unit does not have long enough cables to be positioned to the right or left or the laser). I wish the exhaust fan had more power since its limited to under 400cfm. I wish I would have gotten the laser beam combiner. For the price, the laser is good and cuts well. The unit is well built, I just have concerns with the accessories.
